McAndrews, Held & Malloy attorney elected Vice President/President-Elect of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Chicago Area McAndrews, Held & Malloy shareholder Sharon Hwang was elected vice president/president-elect of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Chicago Area (AABA). She will serve as vice president for the 2008-2009 term and as president beginning in the summer of 2009. The AABA serves Chicagoland’s Asian American attorneys and community by increasing awareness among elected officials on issues of importance to the Asian American community, documenting the need for increased representation in all areas of the legal profession including the judiciary, and serving the legal needs of the community by supporting not-for-profit organizations.
