Professional Experience
Greg has fifteen years of patent litigation experience including substantive work on every phase of patent trials across the United States. His cases have covered a variety of areas, including telecommunications, computer networks, medical devices, process control equipment, materials, and heavy industrial machinery.
Greg has examined numerous expert and non-expert witnesses before lay juries and judges. He also has advised clients regarding their patent portfolios and the patent positions of their competitors, licensing, and advice on other intellectual property issues such as unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, and Lanham Act false advertising claims.
Greg holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, one in Economics from the Wharton School of Economics and one in Electrical Engineering from the Moore School of Engineering. He worked at Procter and Gamble as a telecommunications analyst for two years before going to law school. Greg was managing editor of the Drake Law Review and a member of the regional championship moot court team. He also interned with the county prosecutor's office where he tried criminal cases. Greg graduated with Order of the Coif honors.
