Professional Experience
In the course of his work with the firm, Joe has worked on matters involving many different technologies, including medical devices, air conditioning equipment, fuel cells, electrical connectors, and hydraulic equipment. He has also gained experience in many aspects of intellectual property law, especially in the area of litigation of patent cases. Additionally, Joe has worked on patent prosecution matters, both domestically and internationally, and has helped counsel clients in other areas of law and technology, including licensing.
